Apex Meridian was founded on a single conviction: that the gap between a good idea and a working business is almost always an execution problem. We exist to close that gap — not by advising others, but by building and operating the ventures ourselves.
In 2025, we incorporated in Chennai and launched our first three ventures simultaneously: CuraVerto in healthcare SaaS, AM Digital Studio in digital services, and Signalyze.ai in customer intelligence. Three distinct markets. One operating philosophy.
We are a small, deliberately structured team. Every founder carries accountability for a vertical. Decisions move fast. We don't wait for committee approval to ship something that works.
Philosophy
The meridian is the highest point — the precise moment when the sun crosses the local sky. We took the name because it describes exactly what we try to create for every venture: the moment when preparation meets opportunity and execution produces a result.
Most companies miss that moment — too slow, too bureaucratic, or too far removed from the customer. We stay close to the work. Every product decision we make is tested against a real customer problem. If it doesn't survive that test, it doesn't ship.

Founder & CEO

Antony founded Apex Meridian in 2025 with a mandate to build ventures that solve real operational problems. He oversees group strategy, product direction across all verticals, and leads the commercial function. His background spans product strategy, digital growth, and B2B sales — giving him the range to take ideas from whiteboard to revenue.
He believes that holding companies only earn their structure when founders stay embedded in the work — and that's the standard he holds himself to.

Anexshe co-founded Apex Meridian and leads all operations across the group. A gold medalist in Mechanical Engineering, she brings the rigour of systems thinking to business operations — building processes that scale without breaking, and teams that execute without constant supervision.
She is responsible for delivery, team structure, and operational excellence across all three ventures — the internal machinery that keeps Apex Meridian running at pace.
